For all inquiries including account deletion requests, billing questions, and technical issues:

To permanently delete your Shelterly account and all associated data, you can:
- Use the in-app option: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Or send an email to support@shelterly.ru with subject "Delete my account"
All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Shelterly → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shelterly → Cancel
Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Does Shelterly log my activity?
No. We operate a strict no-logs policy. We do not store your browsing history, DNS queries, IP address, or connection timestamps. See our Privacy Policy for details.
